Seminaril k\u00e4sitletakse t\u00e4iendava j\u00f5utreeningu p\u00f5hit\u00f5desid, lisaraskusteta kiirus- ja j\u00f5uharjutusi, samuti spordialale omaseid kiirus- ja j\u00f5uharjutusi.<\/p>\n<p>Seminar koosneb kolmest harjutusest, mis viiakse l\u00e4bi taekwondo j\u00f5usaalis ja l\u00e4hedalasuval spordiv\u00e4ljakul. Seal on teooriat, tegemisi ja praktilisi n\u00e4pun\u00e4iteid. Harjutus viiakse l\u00e4bi TU11 j\u00f5usaalis, peamiselt pulgaharjutustega. V\u00f5imalus proovida tehnikaid ka lisaraskustega. Harjutuse eesm\u00e4rk on anda osalejatele oskused t\u00e4iendava j\u00f5utreeningu alustamiseks ning treeneritele arusaamine v\u00f5tete turvalisest ja arendavast sooritamisest. T\u00e4iendavas j\u00f5utreeningus n\u00f5utavat tehnikat saab juba noore Astega v\u00e4ga h\u00e4sti harjutada, kuid tegelik lisaj\u00f5utreening algab tasapisi alles puberteedieas.<\/p>\n<p><i>11:30-12:30 L\u00f5unapaus. S\u00f6\u00f6giv\u00f5imalus soodsa omahinnaga saali k\u00f5rval asuvas restoranis<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>12:30-13:00 Transfeer spordiv\u00e4ljakule<\/i><\/p>\n<h6><b>13:00-15:00 Harjutused spordiv\u00e4ljakul<\/b><\/h6>\n<p>Spordiv\u00e4ljaku treeningute p\u00f5hir\u00f5hk on kiirusj\u00f5u arendamisel. Treeningul vaadatakse \u00fcle kiirusj\u00f5u aspektid jooksu-, h\u00fcppe-, h\u00fcppe- ja viskeharjutustega. Osalejad saavad oma t\u00f6\u00f6riistakomplekti palju individuaalseid harjutusi, samuti m\u00f5ned n\u00e4idisharjutused, mida kasutada v\u00f5i muuta vastavalt harjutuse \u00f5petustele.
