No acampamento de f\u00e9rias de outono, o taekwondo \u00e9 praticado em um ambiente descontra\u00eddo, e n\u00e3o importa se voc\u00ea j\u00e1 tem experi\u00eancia no esporte. Existem desafios e experi\u00eancias adequados e inspiradores para todos. Al\u00e9m do treino de taekwondo, no acampamento de f\u00e9rias de outono passamos um tempo ao ar livre, inventamos jogos f\u00edsicos na academia, almo\u00e7amos gostoso, relaxamos assistindo um filme e nos divertimos em todos os sentidos.<\/p>\n<p>As inscri\u00e7\u00f5es para os acampamentos j\u00e1 est\u00e3o abertas, ent\u00e3o inscreva-se agora!<\/p>\n<h2>Sobre os acampamentos<\/h2>\n<p><b>Tempo:\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>Seg-Qua 15.-17.10.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Grupo alvo:<\/strong> Crian\u00e7as e jovens dos 7 aos 15 anos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pre\u00e7o:\u00a0<\/strong>100\u20ac inclui:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Todos os exerc\u00edcios e programas do acampamento<\/li>\n<li>Almo\u00e7o no restaurante de almo\u00e7o (Dietas especiais inclu\u00eddas na oferta)<\/li>\n<li>Lanche da tarde (Voc\u00ea tamb\u00e9m pode trazer seu pr\u00f3prio lanche)<\/li>\n<li>Outras despesas poss\u00edveis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Agendar:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As portas abrem \u00e0s 9h<\/li>\n<li>O programa em si entre as 10h00 e as 15h00 (todos os dias dois exerc\u00edcios e outras atividades)<\/li>\n<li>Voc\u00ea pode ficar na academia at\u00e9 as 17h.
