Huvudfokus i \u00f6vningarna ligger p\u00e5 att tr\u00e4na basstyrka och styrkeuth\u00e5llighet med hj\u00e4lp av v\u00e4xlande teman. Fitnesscirklarna passar s\u00e5v\u00e4l nyb\u00f6rjare som tv\u00e4ttbest\u00e4ndiga m\u00e4n och kvinnor. Antalet repetitioner och intensitet kan anpassas f\u00f6r att passa alla.<\/p>\n<p><strong>K\u00e4rna<\/strong>-\u00f6vningar fokuserar p\u00e5 att st\u00e4rka musklerna i \u00f6verkroppen. M\u00e5let \u00e4r att bygga en stark mellankropp som st\u00f6djer annan tr\u00e4ning, st\u00f6djer kroppskontroll och r\u00f6rlighet samt f\u00f6rebygger rygg- och ledbesv\u00e4r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I kroppsv\u00e5rds\u00f6vningar<\/strong> flera olika stretchingmetoder till\u00e4mpas med m\u00e5let om en \u00f6verlag mer r\u00f6rlig och friskare kropp. Str\u00e4ckningarna \u00e4r inte bara begr\u00e4nsade till statiska och passiva muskelstr\u00e4ckningar, utan \u00e4ven ledr\u00f6relser och aktiv stretching beaktas. Stretch\u00f6vningen \u00e4r speciellt framtagen f\u00f6r att st\u00f6dja taekwondo-tr\u00e4ning, men passar alla som \u00e4r intresserade av en b\u00e4ttre r\u00f6rlig och str\u00e4ckande kropp.<\/p>\n<h3>Gratis tr\u00e4ning<\/h3>\n<p>Entusiaster \u00f6ver 15 \u00e5r kan \u00e4ven tr\u00e4na sj\u00e4lvst\u00e4ndigt p\u00e5 gymmet p\u00e5 l\u00f6rdagar klockan 13.00-14.00. D\u00e4r finns en instrukt\u00f6r som du kan be om tips f\u00f6r din egen tr\u00e4ning vid behov.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>S\u00f6ndags kicktr\u00e4ning<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Kicktr\u00e4ning passar alla entusiaster \u00f6ver 12 \u00e5r som inte \u00e4r r\u00e4dda f\u00f6r svettningar och \u00f6kad puls. Kicktr\u00e4ning kombinerar fitness- och taekwondo-sparktekniker, det vill s\u00e4ga en idealisk \u00f6vning f\u00f6r alla som p\u00e5 allvar vill f\u00e5 ut det mesta av sig sj\u00e4lva.<\/p>\n<h3>T\u00e4vlingsgrupper<\/h3>\n<p>T\u00e4vlingsgrupper har en n\u00e5got dyrare avgift \u00e4n basgrupper, men denna avgift ger dig r\u00e4tt att g\u00e5 p\u00e5 alla m\u00f6jliga \u00f6vningar som finns i gymmet. Dessutom har idrottare r\u00e4tt att anv\u00e4nda hallen f\u00f6r egen tr\u00e4ning.
