Seminariet tar upp grunderna f\u00f6r extra styrketr\u00e4ning, snabbhets- och styrke\u00f6vningar utan extra vikter samt sportspecifika hastighets- och styrke\u00f6vningar.<\/p>\n<p>Seminariet best\u00e5r av tre \u00f6vningar, som genomf\u00f6rs i ett taekwondo-gym och p\u00e5 en n\u00e4rliggande idrottsplats. Det kommer att finnas teori, saker att g\u00f6ra och praktiska tips. M\u00f6jligheten att prova tekniker \u00e4ven med extra vikter. Syftet med \u00f6vningen \u00e4r att ge deltagarna f\u00e4rdigheter att p\u00e5b\u00f6rja ytterligare styrketr\u00e4ning, och tr\u00e4narna f\u00f6rst\u00e5else f\u00f6r det s\u00e4kra och utvecklande utf\u00f6randet av teknikerna. Tekniken som kr\u00e4vs av extra styrketr\u00e4ning kan redan tr\u00e4nas mycket bra med unga Aste, men sj\u00e4lva extra styrketr\u00e4ningen p\u00e5b\u00f6rjas gradvis f\u00f6rst fr\u00e5n puberteten och fram\u00e5t.<\/p>\n<p><i>11:30-12:30 Lunchrast. I tr\u00e4ningen ses aspekterna av fartstyrka igenom med l\u00f6p-, hopp-, hopp- och kast\u00f6vningar. Deltagarna f\u00e5r massor av individuella \u00f6vningar i sin verktygsl\u00e5da, samt n\u00e5gra exempel\u00f6vningar att anv\u00e4nda som de \u00e4r, eller att modifiera enligt \u00f6vningens l\u00e4ra.
