Januar."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Bringen Sie einen Freund zu Ihrem Training mit!<\/h2>\n<p>Im Herbst verbrachten wir zum ersten Mal eine Woche mit Freunden im Fitnessstudio, und viele der Enthusiasten brachten ihre Freunde zum Training mit. Die n\u00e4chste Buddy-Woche findet Ende Januar statt <strong>27.-31.1.<\/strong> W\u00e4hrend der Buddy-Woche k\u00f6nnen Sie einen Freund in Ihre eigenen \u00dcbungen einbeziehen, auch wenn dieser noch keine Erfahrung mit Taekwondo oder anderen k\u00f6rperlichen Aktivit\u00e4ten hat.<\/p>\n<p>In der Buddy-Woche werden die \u00dcbungen so geplant, dass du die \u00dcbungen mit deinem Freund machen kannst und derjenige, der schon l\u00e4nger ge\u00fcbt hat, den anderen ber\u00e4t und hilft.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn ein Freund ein Hobby mit Taekwondo-Athleten beginnt, erh\u00e4lt die Person, die ihren Freund mitgebracht hat, einen Rabatt von -20% f\u00fcr ihren n\u00e4chsten Abrechnungszeitraum! Denken Sie daran, beim ersten Vertragsabschluss anzugeben, wessen Empfehlung Sie beigetreten sind.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Notiz!<\/strong> Die \u00dcbungen der Freundeswoche richten sich an Basisgruppen.
