In diesem Fall ist es gut, den Teilnehmer zu beruhigen und ihn an das Feedback zum Auftanken usw. zu erinnern. Wichtig ist, 1-2 Dinge f\u00fcr das n\u00e4chste Spiel oder nach einer Niederlage zu erledigen, 2 positive Dinge \u00fcber die Leistung .<br \/>\n<strong>WICHTIG:<\/strong> Wenn andere Trainer oder Teammitglieder Feedback haben, wird es an den Trainer im Ring weitergeleitet, der die Nachrichten an den Athleten filtert. Nat\u00fcrlich darf und soll man ermutigen und gratulieren!<\/p>\n<h4><b> Nach dem Renntag<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Ermutigend<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Eine kurze Analyse, wo Erfolge erzielt werden<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nach dem Renntag, wenn sich die Situation beruhigt hat, geht der Trainer mit dem Athleten den Tag durch. Das Wichtigste ist, die positiven Aspekte der Leistung hervorzuheben, aber auch die wesentlichen Entwicklungspunkte realistisch zu betrachten.<\/p>\n<p><b> Tats\u00e4chliches Feedback<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Klare Analyse \u2013 durch einen Coach<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Wenn die Analyse unklar ist, setzen wir die Diskussion fort<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Konzentrieren wir uns auf die Analyse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Das eigentliche Feedback erfolgt 1-2 Wochen nach dem Rennen, wenn die Leistungen anhand der Videos analysiert wurden.
