Juni 2012, ein zus\u00e4tzliches Trainingsseminar f\u00fcr alle Taekwondo-Begeisterten. Das Seminar kann in die Trainerausbildung der 2. Stufe des finnischen Taekwondo-Verbandes integriert werden.<\/p>\n<p>Willkommen sind Sportler und ihre Trainer sowie Enthusiasten, die Tipps f\u00fcr das Sommertraining ben\u00f6tigen. Das Seminar dauert einen Tag und besteht aus drei verschiedenen \u00dcbungen. Ziel des Seminars ist es, die Teilnehmer mit verschiedenen Formen der Zusatzausbildung vertraut zu machen und sie bei der richtigen Durchf\u00fchrung anzuleiten. Im Seminar k\u00f6nnen Sie an den \u00dcbungen teilnehmen oder Beispielauff\u00fchrungen auf der Seite verfolgen. Der Seminarpreis betr\u00e4gt 50 \u20ac\/Person, bei mehr Teilnehmern aus dem Verein reduziert sich der Preis um 10 \u20ac\/Teilnehmer. Der Preis f\u00fcr TU11-Enthusiasten betr\u00e4gt 25 \u20ac. Anmeldungen bis sp\u00e4testens 2. Juni 2012. Das Seminar wird organisiert, wenn mindestens 10 Personen angemeldet sind. Das Seminar beginnt am Vormittag, ein genauerer Zeitplan und Schulungsorte werden sp\u00e4ter bekannt gegeben. Das Seminar beinhaltet folgende \u00dcbungen:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Krafttraining<\/strong><br \/>\nIn dieser \u00dcbung gehen wir die wichtigsten Kraft\u00fcbungen f\u00fcr Taekwondo durch. Die \u00dcbung findet im Kraftraum statt, wo die Techniken der verschiedenen Bewegungen erlernt und die Wiederholungszahlen sowie Referenzwerte \u00fcberpr\u00fcft werden. Z. B. Parallelklimmzug, Klimmzug, Kniebeuge<br \/>\n<strong>2. Geschwindigkeitstraining<\/strong><br \/>\nDieses Training findet auf dem Sportplatz statt. In dieser \u00dcbung gehen wir Schnelligkeits\u00fcbungen und verschiedene Ausf\u00fchrungsmethoden durch. Z.B. Schl\u00e4ge, Spr\u00fcnge, Ballw\u00fcrfe...<br \/>\n<strong>3. Spezifisches Kraft-\/Ausdauertraining<\/strong><br \/>\nDieses Training wird im Fitnessstudio durchgef\u00fchrt. Bei diesem Workout liegt der Fokus auf gezielten Muskelkraft- und Ausdauer\u00fcbungen. Z.B. Trittkraft mit Gummib\u00e4ndern, statische Trittmuskel\u00fcbungen, Fitness-Zirkel...<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vorl\u00e4ufiger Ablaufplan des Seminars<\/strong><br \/>\n09:30\u201310:00 Uhr Treffen in der Taekwondo-Athletenhalle im Ruosilankuja 3C, Helsinki<br \/>\n10:00-10:30 Transfer zum Kraftraum mit Fahrgemeinschaftstransport<br \/>\n10:30-12:00 Zus\u00e4tzliches Krafttraining<\/p>\n<p>12:00-13:30 Mittagspause. Suchen wir einen gemeinsamen Mittagsplatz f\u00fcr alle, die Lust haben, jeder isst auf seine Kosten.
