Juni in Kraft.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn die Versammlungsbeschr\u00e4nkungen gelockert werden, k\u00f6nnen 50 Personen zum relativ normalen Training zur\u00fcckkehren. Nat\u00fcrlich ist klar, dass bei allen Aktivit\u00e4ten und der \u00dcbungsplanung weiterhin Vorsichtsma\u00dfnahmen ber\u00fccksichtigt werden m\u00fcssen. Vor Beginn des Sommertrainings ver\u00f6ffentlichen wir f\u00fcr alle Sportbegeisterten detaillierte Anweisungen, die auch mit jeder Gruppe im Fitnessstudio besprochen werden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Da im Sommer viel trainiert wird, ist jetzt eine hervorragende Gelegenheit, nachzuholen, wenn das eigene Training seit dem Ende des Fr\u00fchlings zu kurz gekommen ist. F\u00fcr Erwachsene stehen beispielsweise 9 w\u00f6chentliche Kurse zur Auswahl.
