Das Seminar vermittelt die Grundlagen des Zusatzgewichtstrainings, Schnelligkeits- und Kraft\u00fcbungen ohne Zusatzgewichte sowie sportartspezifische Schnelligkeits- und Kraft\u00fcbungen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Seminar besteht aus drei \u00dcbungen, die in einer Taekwondo-Sporthalle und auf einem nahegelegenen Sportplatz durchgef\u00fchrt werden. Es gibt Theorie, Unternehmungen und praktische Tipps. Die \u00dcbung wird in der Turnhalle TU11 haupts\u00e4chlich mit Stock\u00fcbungen durchgef\u00fchrt. Die M\u00f6glichkeit, Techniken auch mit Zusatzgewichten auszuprobieren. Der Zweck der \u00dcbung besteht darin, den Teilnehmern die F\u00e4higkeiten zu vermitteln, mit zus\u00e4tzlichem Krafttraining zu beginnen, und den Trainern ein Verst\u00e4ndnis f\u00fcr die sichere und entwicklungsf\u00f6rdernde Ausf\u00fchrung der Techniken zu vermitteln. Die Technik des Zusatzkrafttrainings l\u00e4sst sich schon mit jungen Aste sehr gut trainieren, mit dem eigentlichen Zusatzkrafttraining wird aber erst ab der Pubert\u00e4t schrittweise begonnen.<\/p>\n<p><i>11:30-12:30 Mittagspause. Im Training werden die Aspekte der Schnellkraft mit Lauf-, Sprung-, Sprung- und Wurf\u00fcbungen \u00fcberpr\u00fcft. Die Teilnehmer erhalten in ihrem Toolkit zahlreiche Einzel\u00fcbungen sowie einige Beispiel\u00fcbungen, die sie unver\u00e4ndert verwenden oder entsprechend den Lehren der \u00dcbung modifizieren k\u00f6nnen.
