Indoor-Wettbewerbe von Taekwondo-Athleten<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Willkommen zu den ersten Fitnesskursen der Herbstsaison in Konala. Die Teilnahme ist f\u00fcr alle kostenlos, eine gesonderte Anmeldung ist nicht erforderlich.<\/p>\n<p>17:00-19:00 \u2013 E, D und C2 (7-12-J\u00e4hrige und 12-14-j\u00e4hrige Anf\u00e4nger)<\/p>\n<p>19:00-21:00 \u2013 C1, B1, B2, R1 und H (12-14-j\u00e4hrige Kadetten, +15-J\u00e4hrige)<\/p>\n<p>Wenn Sie nicht sicher sind, welcher Gruppe Sie beitreten sollen, fragen Sie Ihren Trainer oder kontaktieren Sie die Gruppe per E-Mail. Insbesondere gr\u00f6\u00dfere C2-Boote und diejenigen, die auf die Cadet-Serie umsteigen m\u00f6chten, sollten sich erkundigen, ob in einer sp\u00e4teren Schicht geeignetere Widerst\u00e4nde gefunden werden k\u00f6nnen. Wir ermutigen alle neuen Enthusiasten, an den Spielen teilzunehmen, auch wenn sie noch nicht einmal wissen, was Wettbewerb bedeutet. Beim ersten Mal k\u00f6nnen Sie sich die Stimmungen anschauen oder es auch selbst ausprobieren, wenn Sie Lust dazu haben.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die Schicht ab 19:00 Uhr kommen E-R\u00fcstungen zum Einsatz. Eigene E-Socken sind daher unbedingt zu empfehlen, wenn Sie mit Elektror\u00fcstungen k\u00e4mpfen m\u00f6chten. Es gibt auch einige Leihsocken in verschiedenen Gr\u00f6\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p>Die fehlenden Protektoren kannst du beim Verein ausleihen, wir empfehlen aber jedem, sich eigene Trainingsprotektoren zu kaufen, die auch im Training regelm\u00e4\u00dfig ben\u00f6tigt werden.
