Pienryhm\u00e4harjoittelussa 3-5 urheilijan ryhm\u00e4 p\u00e4\u00e4tt\u00e4\u00e4 yhteisen tavoitteen ja harjoittelee 2 kertaa viikossa Bardian ohjauksessa. Ryhm\u00e4 sovitaan aina kalenterikuukaudeksi kerrallaan, jolloin harjoituksia tulee 9-12. Kuukauden hinta on 38\u20ac\/kk kilpailusopimuksen lis\u00e4ksi. Urheilijoilta vaaditaan omaa aktiivisuutta ja joustamista, jotta ryhm\u00e4t saadaan muodostettu ja harjoitukset hoidettua.
