We recommend both.<\/p>\n<h6><a href=\"http:\/\/www.taekwondolahti.fi\/index.php?page=23&amp;s1=155\">Lahti Prodo Camp on 15 September: http:\/\/www.taekwondolahti.fi\/index.php?page=23&amp;s1=155<\/a><\/h6>\n<p>Taekwondo Lahti Ry organizes the third consecutive Prodo Camp match camp at Kamppailu-Areena on September 15, 2012, where versatile exercises are offered to junior competitors (AE Juniors). The theme of the camp this year is an imaginative and proactive match style.<br \/>\nProdo Camp is a great way to open the autumn racing season for the sledding rider!<\/p>\n<p>Kim Sinisalo, Sauli Glad, Tiiu Tuomi, Erol Yildiz, Simo Siltanen and Aki Tiihonen are responsible for directing the camp exercises.<\/p>\n<h6><a href=\"http:\/\/www.suomentaekwondoliitto.fi\/?x462301=585071\">Turku Camp 23.9.: http:\/\/www.suomentaekwondoliitto.fi\/?x462301=585071<\/a><\/h6>\n<p>Sunday 23.9. is a good opportunity to practice the match with other contestants. Anyone over the age of 10 who has previous match experience can participate in the camp organized at the Budokwai hall in Turku.
