Exercises are offered in two different groups, the picture shows 7-10-year-olds and 11-16-year-olds. All exercises are held on Thursdays in the big gym of Kalaj\u00e4rvi school, the younger ones practice from 16:30 to 17:30 and the older ones right after from 17:30 to 18:30. At the exam, the skills learned during the course are measured and all those who pass the exam are awarded a yellow belt.
