On the first day of December, the gym of Taekwondo athletes was bustling, when 28 enthusiastic taekwondo enthusiasts from all sides of the age and experience spectrum sweated for three and a half hours in match training.<\/p>\n

P\u00e4iv\u00e4n teema oli et\u00e4isyydet taekwondo-ottelussa. Ensimm\u00e4isess\u00e4 harjoituksessa k\u00e4ytiin eri et\u00e4isyydet taktisesta n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmasta – mit\u00e4 asioita tulee huomioida hy\u00f6kk\u00e4ysottelun ja puolustusottelun et\u00e4isyyksiss\u00e4. Toisessa harjoituksessa k\u00e4ytiin l\u00e4pi tekniikoiden erilaisia et\u00e4isyyksi\u00e4 pitkist\u00e4 ”runneri-hy\u00f6kk\u00e4yksist\u00e4” clinch-et\u00e4isyyksien tekniikkaan. Kolmansissa treeneiss\u00e4 em. asioita sovellettiin.<\/p>\n
