SMAI&#039;s protections can also be ordered by mail <a href=\"mailto:info@prodobok.fi\">info@prodobok.fi<\/a>, but you can get Ikarat from the online store <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prodobok.fi\/tuote\/ikara-saari-ja-jalkapoytasuoja\/\">https:\/\/www.prodobok.fi\/tuote\/ikara-saari-ja-jalkapoytasuoja\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tu11.fi\/taekwondo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/ikara_saari_ja_kasivarsisuoja2_main.webp\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>You can put it in your hands <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stadium.fi\/search?SearchTerm=vapaaottelu\">copper,<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stadium.fi\/urheilu\/treeni\/treenivarusteet\/306081101\/casall.prf-velcro-gloves.black\">bag-,<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stadium.fi\/urheilu\/treeni\/treenivarusteet\/321702101\/ringhorns.charger-boxing-gloves.black\">boxing gloves.<\/a> Examples from Stadium, but it&#039;s worth checking e.g. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.xxl.fi\/urheilu-ja-pallopelit\/muut-urheilulajit\/kamppailuvarusteet\/c\/180600\">XXL&#039;s,<\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.budgetsport.fi\/kamppailulajit\/\">Budget Sport<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tokmanni.fi\/vapaa-aika\/kuntoilu\/kuntoiluvalineet\/kuntonyrkkeily\">Tokmanni<\/a> selections, in the last e.g. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tokmanni.fi\/everlast-prostyle-elitenyrkkeilyhanska-10oz-6940124709523\">nice pink Everlasts.<\/a> In gloves, you should prefer 10 oz. or lighter gloves.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tu11.fi\/taekwondo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/6940124709523.webp\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>It is good to get sturdy protection for knees and elbows, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stadium.fi\/urheilu\/padel\/suojat\/377102101\/soc.u-knee-guard-2p.black-grey#\">thinner ones<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stadium.fi\/urheilu\/juoksu\/juoksutarvikkeet\/293684101\/mcdavid.flex-force-knee-pads.black-black\">thicker<\/a>. Examples again from Stadium, but you can get them from other places too.<\/p>\n<h3>Tapes<\/h3>\n<p>For daily taping, you should use cheap tape. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.biltema.fi\/vapaa-aika\/kuntoilu\/venyttely-ja-kehonhuolto\/urheiluteippi-10-m-2000041270?gclid=CjwKCAjwq-WgBhBMEiwAzKSH6Bj2pLo_ZZcxCxS47rDZ3AobbAgX04EyV_S2UdW6cdL2W2nii3l8NhoC2uAQAvD_BwE\">Biltema&#039;s tape is good enough for daily needs.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>In competitions, you should prefer quality, for example Leukotape&#039;s basic sports tape is good. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rehband.fi\/rx-athletic-locker-tape-38mm\/\">A plumper option can be found at Rehband<\/a>. You should prefer a width of approx. 3.5 centimeters (also 3.75 or 3.8 cm), because it is easy to handle and still gives a sturdy taping.<\/p>\n<p>Use Leukoplast Fixomull or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unisportstore.fi\/sekalaiset-tarvikkeet\/select-profcare-pre-wrap-7-cm-x-20-m-valkoinen\/170609\/?dfw=24223&amp;feed=59698&amp;utm_source=google&amp;utm_medium=organic&amp;utm_campaign=surfaces%20fi&amp;utm_content=organic%20google%20shopping&amp;gclid=CjwKCAjwq-WgBhBMEiwAzKSH6MPo5bEoJpCXRWAxmUHJ4977Sss6WMydQEhggvtHpbIixptLcV6fLBoCUiMQAvD_BwE\">cheaper pre-wrap tape<\/a> which is therefore often thin superlon in practice.<\/p>\n<p>At camps, you should have an ideal bandage and a support bandage and, of course, plasters. You can find it at the pharmacy, but the frugal also looks <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prisma.fi\/kategoriat\/urheilu\/tuet-ja-ensiapu\">of prisms<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.k-ruoka.fi\/kauppa\/tuotehaku\/vapaa-aika-ja-urheilu\/kuntoilu-ja-fitness\">Citymarkets<\/a> lower floors. Lidl&#039;s water-resistant patch is a thrifty athlete&#039;s friend, although not always available. You should also grab quick-cooling bags from the markets, in your own gym you can use bags of sweet corn and pepper, which you pack in a plastic bag, tape it and put it in the freezer.<\/p>\n<h3><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tu11.fi\/taekwondo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/bsn_leukotape_classic_375_x_10_m_1_rola_757686_fi_3c65.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>Supports<\/h3>\n<p>It&#039;s not worth saving on subsidies. Or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rehband.fi\/\">Rehband<\/a> is a good starting point, too <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stadium.fi\/search?SearchTerm=rehband\">From the stadium<\/a>. If you just want light neoprene protectors under the taping, you should look at cheaper ones, just the market stuff will do. If the problem is really significant, support should always be discussed with a competent physiotherapist. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fysios.fi\/henkilokunta\/matti-kauppinen\">Matti Kauppinen is the best, although not the cheapest option.<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Maintenance<\/h3>\n<p>The best maintenance for all shelters is ventilation. Even the transportation should be carried out in an online bag. Thrifty makes small cloth bags to put things in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tokmanni.fi\/kissanhiekka-best-friend-5-l-fresh-easy-5700551260223?gclid=CjwKCAjwq-WgBhBMEiwAzKSH6FPds0ZedmVS1fflfJtlX2q7OqBcVNEzUXU2nkgU5R5G0Tpa2aJ9GhoCocYQAvD_BwE\">silicone cat litter<\/a>, these absorb moisture from the equipment. There is also, for example, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stadium.fi\/naiset\/naisten-kengat\/kenkatarvikkeet\/221344101\/smellwell.smellwell.multi-multi\">deodorant bags<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/rsparks.fi\/kauppa\/benky-skunk-x-hajunpoistaja-tayttopakkaus-25-l\/?gclid=CjwKCAjwq-WgBhBMEiwAzKSH6DLMXVwg3UzMRKq4QiGBeEH0czNEBkkPapMgt3CcvREx2U0S644rKBoCOb0QAvD_BwE\">sprays<\/a>.
