The training consists of two short periods, and between them practical coaching is practiced in the role of an assistant instructor. <br \/>The first short episode is on Saturday 3.2. from 12:30 to 16:00. The second one will be announced to the participants later. The training is mandatory for everyone who wants to work as instructors or assistant instructors in the club.<\/p>\n<p>If you have already completed level 1 training before, no<br \/>need to participate again. Of course you can participate - some of the topics may be new and repetition is the mother of studies!<\/p>\n<p>You can also participate in the training, even if the goal is not to start a career as an instructor right away. However, be prepared to act as an assistant instructor during the training. The minimum age for training is 14 and the participant must have at least a green belt. <br \/>The training is free.
