We will start our family classes again on 13.10. There will be 10 sessions where adults and children will get a variety of exercise. This year there will be two groups. In toddler taekwondo, children aged 1 to 4 and their parents will train, and in family taekwondo, children aged 5 and older will train together with an adult.<\/p>\n
Taaper taekwondo is a joint exercise moment for child and parent. Neither of them needs to have previous experience in the sport or even physical activities, so the course is suitable as a first introduction to physical activities. The group is suitable for children of all ages who can walk.<\/p>\n
During the lessons, the child and parent practice together the basic skills of exercise and a little also the basic techniques of taekwondo. There are games, skill exercises and feature exercises for both children and parents.<\/p>\n
