The day consists of training, awards, lunch and fun. The adults continue in the evening with saunas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schedule:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>9:45 \u2013 Day opening<\/p>\n<p>10:00-11:30 \u2013 First training<\/p>\n<p>11:30-13:00 \u2013 Lunch for everyone on behalf of the club. Rewards, information and program.<\/p>\n<p>13:00-14:30 \u2013 Second training of the day<\/p>\n<p>14:45-16:15 \u2013 Third training of the day<\/p>\n<p>16:30- Adults continue in the sauna of the T\u00f6\u00f6l\u00f6 competition hall. Drinks and snacks are offered to the Helsinki Open and hall renovation crew.<\/p>\n<p>The event is free of charge.
