Los movimientos se realizan con el propio peso del cuerpo o con peque\u00f1os pesos adicionales. El objetivo principal de los ejercicios es practicar la fuerza b\u00e1sica y la resistencia de la fuerza con la ayuda de temas cambiantes. Los circuitos de fitness son adecuados tanto para principiantes como para hombres y mujeres fuertes y resistentes al lavado. El n\u00famero de repeticiones y la intensidad se pueden personalizar para adaptarse a cada uno.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Centro<\/strong>-Los ejercicios se centran en fortalecer los m\u00fasculos de la parte superior del cuerpo.
