El seminario cubre los conceptos b\u00e1sicos del entrenamiento adicional con pesas, ejercicios de velocidad y fuerza sin pesas adicionales, as\u00ed como ejercicios de velocidad y fuerza espec\u00edficos del deporte.<\/p>\n<p>El seminario consta de tres ejercicios, que se realizan en un gimnasio de taekwondo y en un campo deportivo cercano. Habr\u00e1 teor\u00eda, cosas que hacer y consejos pr\u00e1cticos. El ejercicio se realiza en el gimnasio TU11, principalmente con ejercicios de palos. La posibilidad de probar t\u00e9cnicas tambi\u00e9n con pesos adicionales. El prop\u00f3sito del ejercicio es brindar a los participantes las habilidades para comenzar un entrenamiento adicional con pesas y a los entrenadores una comprensi\u00f3n de la ejecuci\u00f3n segura y de desarrollo de las t\u00e9cnicas. La t\u00e9cnica requerida por el entrenamiento adicional con pesas ya se puede practicar muy bien con el joven Aste, pero el entrenamiento adicional con pesas propiamente dicho s\u00f3lo se inicia gradualmente a partir de la pubertad.<\/p>\n<p><i>11:30-12:30 Pausa para el almuerzo. Opci\u00f3n de cenar en el restaurante al lado del sal\u00f3n a un precio asequible.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>12:30-13:00 Traslado al campo deportivo.<\/i><\/p>\n<h6><b>13:00-15:00 Pr\u00e1cticas en el campo deportivo.<\/b><\/h6>\n<p>El objetivo principal del entrenamiento en el campo deportivo es desarrollar la potencia de velocidad. En el entrenamiento se revisan los aspectos de la fuerza velocidad con ejercicios de carrera, saltos, saltos y lanzamientos. Los participantes obtienen muchos ejercicios individuales en su kit de herramientas, as\u00ed como algunos ejercicios de ejemplo para usar tal como est\u00e1n o modificar de acuerdo con las ense\u00f1anzas del ejercicio.
