See tundub treeneritele ja teiste spordialade harrastajatele sageli pisut vastuoluline, kuid kui asjale l\u00e4hemalt m\u00f5elda, on see tegelikult p\u00e4ris tark s\u00fcsteem<\/p>\n<h3>Meeskonda kuulumine<\/h3>\n<p>Inimesele ja eriti noorele on oluline millessegi kuulumine. Korraga v\u00f5ivad olla erinevad v\u00f5rdlusr\u00fchmad. Spordimeeskond kui v\u00f5rdlusgrupp v\u00f5ib olla v\u00e4ga tugev. Selle t\u00e4hendust saab tugevdada v\u00e4ljastpoolt, n\u00e4iteks tavaliste rituaalide ja \u00fchiste v\u00e4liste m\u00e4rkidega. Meeskonna kui ainsa \u00f5ige v\u00f5rdlusgrupi r\u00f5hutamine v\u00f5ib aga sportlase hilisemat arengut kahjustada, sest meeskonnast lahkumine v\u00f5ib olla traumeeriv kogemus.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Siiski on oluline tugevdada meeskonna sisemist \u00fchtekuuluvust. Ka probleemsete olukordadega tuleks kohe k\u00e4sile v\u00f5tta, v\u00e4hemalt enne, kui need kasvavad kriisideks, mis \u00f5\u00f5nestavad kogu meeskonna \u00fchtsust. Samuti tasub r\u00f5hutada sallivust teiste inimeste k\u00e4itumisviiside ja omaduste suhtes. Spordimeeskonnas t\u00f6\u00f6tades on oluline m\u00f5ista teiste abistamise ja vastastikkuse kasulikkust enda edu saavutamiseks.<\/p>\n<h3>Meeskonna struktuur<\/h3>\n<p>Meeskonnad v\u00f5i fikseeritud treeningr\u00fchmad on \u00fcldiselt v\u00e4ga heterogeensed. V\u00e4ga \u00fchtsetest gruppidest koosnevad vaid tippriikide koondisegrupid ja n\u00e4iteks Korea \u00fclikooli- ja profikoondised. Euroopas pole aga rahvuskoondised reeglina keskne treeningkeskkond, vaid t\u00f6\u00f6 k\u00e4ib oma klubimeeskonnas.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">N\u00e4ide meeskonna koosseisust (Soome):<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">T\u00fcdruk 10 aastane, riiklik tase, 4 aastat koolitust<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">T\u00fcdruk 13 aastane, rahvusvaheline v\u00f5istlustase, 6 aastat treeningut<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">T\u00fcdruk 12 aastane, rahvusvaheline v\u00f5istlustase, 4 aastat treeningut<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Poiss 15 aastane, rahvusvaheline tase, 5 aastat koolitust<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Poiss 12 aastane, rahvusvaheline v\u00f5istlustase, 5 aastat treeningut<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Poiss 13 aastane, rahvusvaheline tase, 4 aastat koolitust<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Poiss 16 aastat vana, rahvusvaheline tase, 7 aastat koolitust<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Mees, 20 aastat vana, riiklik tase, 6 aastat koolitust<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Mees, 28-aastane, rahvusvaheline v\u00f5istlustase, 12-aastane treening<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Naine, 22-aastane, rahvusvaheline v\u00f5istlustase, 9 aastat treeningut<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Pakki ei sega mitte ainult sugude ja vanuser\u00fchmade erinevused, vaid ka kaaluklasside erinevad f\u00fc\u00fcsilised ja taktikalised n\u00f5uded.<\/p>\n<h3>Koolituse sisu ja variatsioon koolituse sees<\/h3>\n<p>Treener peab harjutusi pidevalt kohandama vastavalt individuaalsetele vajadustele. Igal sportlasel on erinevad vajadused ja olukorrad. \u00d5ppuse kavandatav sisu on raamistik, mille raames \u00fcmberkujundamine toimub.<\/p>\n<p>Treener on omamoodi orkestrijuht, aga orkester ei m\u00e4ngi mitte Wagnerit, vaid tugevalt improviseeritud jazzi. Iga\u00fcks peab v\u00e4lja tooma oma heli parima, mis toidab virtuoossust.<\/p>\n<h3>Erinevad rollid r\u00fchmas<\/h3>\n<p>Igal sportlasel on r\u00fchmas oma roll. Roll on osaliselt situatsiooniline, st roll v\u00f5ib erinevates olukordades varieeruda.<\/p>\n<p>Treener peab kujundama arusaama nendest erinevatest rollidest. R\u00fchmade d\u00fcnaamika m\u00f5istmine on vahend, mida saab kasutada soovitava k\u00e4itumise tugevdamiseks ja soovimatute n\u00e4htuste mahasurumiseks. See on aga v\u00f5imalik ainult siis, kui treeneril on autoriteeti.<\/p>\n<p>Oluline on v\u00e4lja selgitada grupi arvamusliidrid ja need, kellel on eeskujulik roll. Nende hoiakuid m\u00f5jutades saab m\u00f5jutada kogu r\u00fchma. T\u00f6\u00f6riistadeks on ka stiimulid ja karistused. Kui kontroll grupi \u00fcle on hea, piisab stiimulitest, et endale vastutust anda ja karistust eirata treeningsituatsioonis.<\/p>\n<h3>Treeneri autoriteet<\/h3>\n<p>Treener peab oma autoriteeti kasvatama l\u00e4bi usaldusv\u00e4\u00e4rsuse. P\u00e4devus on selle m\u00fcndi \u00fcks pool, empaatia on teine pool. Kuigi treeneri ja sportlase maailm v\u00f5ib olla v\u00e4ga erinev, peab treener tajuma sportlase tegelikkuse peegeldusi treeningutel ja r\u00fchma tegemistel.<\/p>\n<p>Treeneril on v\u00f5imatu luua autoriteeti ilma hea enesetundmiseta ning enda n\u00f5rkuste ja tugevuste \u00e4ratundmiseta. Treener peab olema aus ka siis, kui ta teeb vigu ja kui ta on n\u00e4iteks v\u00e4sinud, kurb v\u00f5i halvas tujus. Noored v\u00f5ivad kergesti m\u00e4rgata teesklust ja v\u00f5ltsitud enesekindlust.
