Peale soojendust on omal kohal erinev tuharate pumpamine ja d\u00fcnaamiline jala \u00f5\u00f5tsumine. L\u00f5puks peaksite tegema m\u00f5istlikult pikki (+10 sek) staatilisi venitusi 3-kaupa, j\u00e4lgides, et painutuste vahel loksutatakse korralikult. Spordiala n\u00f5udmiste t\u00f5ttu tuleks sellele hoolikalt keskenduda ja l\u00e4bida alakeha suured lihased. Lisaks tuleb iga kord teha kesk- ja \u00fclakeha painutamist.
