Vajadusel kontrollige oma treeninguaegu:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/tu11.fi\/taekwondo\/et\/harjutamise-ajad\/\">HARJUTAMISAJAD<\/a><\/p>\n<p>T\u00e4name teid k\u00f5iki paindlikkuse ja toetuse eest muutuvates treeningtingimustes!<\/p>\n<h2>Live treeningv\u00f5istlus<\/h2>\n<p>Esmasp\u00e4evast neljap\u00e4evani korraldatakse igal \u00f5htul Zoomis juhendatud otsetreeningud. Harjutused on m\u00f5eldud \u00fcle 12-aastastele harrastajatele, kuid osaleda v\u00f5ivad ka nooremad.<\/p>\n<p>Enim live-treeningutel osalenuid v\u00f5idab vahvaid auhindu, mida pakub v\u00e4lja j\u00f5usaaliga seoses tegutsev varustuspood Pro Dobok.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>100\u20ac kinkekaart<\/li>\n<li>50\u20ac kinkekaart<\/li>\n<li>25\u20ac kinkekaart<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Treenerid tulevad osalejatele j\u00e4rele treeningu ajal, seega \u00e4rge unustage treeningul osaledes kirjutada oma \u00f5ige nimi.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/tu11.fi\/taekwondo\/et\/elada\/\">LIVE TREENINGUD<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Igap\u00e4evased kiired treeningud ja live treeningud<\/h2>\n<p>Avaldame uue p\u00e4eva kiirtreeningu pea igal argip\u00e4eval kell 15.00 oma kodulehel, Facebookis ja YouTube kanalil. Pere\u00fcrituste puhul aga keeld ei kehti. Pindala 1 saate reserveerida oma samas leibkonnas elava pere kasutusse, kui teie perel on kehtiv praktikaleping 2007. aastal v\u00f5i varem s\u00fcndinud isiku kohta. Saate broneerida kaks tundi j\u00e4rjest, kuid ainult korra n\u00e4dalas.
