Liikumisi tehakse kas keha enda raskusega v\u00f5i v\u00e4ikeste lisaraskustega. P\u00f5hir\u00f5hk harjutustes on p\u00f5hij\u00f5u ja j\u00f5uvastupidavuse harjutamisel vahelduvate teemade abil. Fitnessringid sobivad nii algajatele kui ka pesukindlatele j\u00f5umeestele ja naistele. Korduste arvu ja intensiivsust saab kohandada iga\u00fchele sobivaks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuum<\/strong>-harjutused keskenduvad \u00fclakeha lihaste tugevdamisele. Eesm\u00e4rk on ehitada \u00fcles tugev tuum, mis toetab teisi treeninguid, toetab keha kontrolli ja liikuvust ning ennetab selja- ja liigeseprobleeme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kehahoolduse harjutustes<\/strong> rakendatakse mitmeid erinevaid venitusmeetodeid eesm\u00e4rgiga olla \u00fcldiselt liikuvam ja tervem keha. Venitused ei piirdu ainult staatiliste ja passiivsete lihasvenitustega, vaid arvestatakse ka liigeste trajektoore ja aktiivset venitust. Venitusharjutus on loodud spetsiaalselt taekwondo treeningu toetamiseks, kuid sobib k\u00f5igile, kes on huvitatud paremini liikuvast ja venivast kehast.<\/p>\n<h3>Tasuta treening<\/h3>\n<p>\u00dcle 15-aastased harrastajad saavad ka laup\u00e4eviti kell 13.00-14.00 j\u00f5usaalis iseseisvalt treenida. Seal on juhendaja, kellelt saab vajadusel enda treeninguteks n\u00e4pun\u00e4iteid k\u00fcsida.<\/p>\n<h3>V\u00f5idus\u00f5idur\u00fchmad<\/h3>\n<p>V\u00f5istlusr\u00fchmades on p\u00f5hir\u00fchmadest veidi kallim tasu, kuid see tasu annab \u00f5iguse k\u00fclastada k\u00f5iki v\u00f5imalikke treeninguid, mida j\u00f5usaalis leidub. Lisaks on sportlastel \u00f5igus kasutada saali enda treeningute l\u00e4biviimiseks. V\u00f5istlusgruppides treenivad erinevate eesm\u00e4rkidega sportlased, kuid k\u00f5iki \u00fchendab tugev soov ennast parandada ja tulemuste nimel pingutada.
