Cook perdeu cada ter\u00e7o de suas partidas registradas.<\/p>\n<p>Voc\u00ea tem que aprender com as vit\u00f3rias e as derrotas. Isto \u00e9 feito analisando os desempenhos, tirando conclus\u00f5es da an\u00e1lise e modificando o treino com base nas conclus\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tu11.fi\/taekwondo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Picture-2.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h4><b>Feedback da corrida<\/b><\/h4>\n<h5><b style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">Feedback imediato ap\u00f3s a partida<\/b><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0encorajando<\/li>\n<li>\u00a01-2 coisas positivas sobre o desempenho<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Sem an\u00e1lise!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Muitas vezes, ap\u00f3s a partida, o atleta fica emocionalmente sobrecarregado e fisicamente cansado. Neste caso, \u00e9 bom tranquilizar o competidor e lembr\u00e1-lo do feedback sobre reabastecimento, etc... O importante \u00e9 passar de 1 a 2 coisas para a pr\u00f3xima partida ou ap\u00f3s uma derrota, 2 coisas positivas sobre o desempenho .<br \/>\n<strong>IMPORTANTE:<\/strong> Caso outros treinadores ou membros da equipe tenham feedback, ele \u00e9 repassado ao treinador no ringue, que filtra as mensagens para o atleta. Claro que voc\u00ea pode e deve incentivar e parabenizar!<\/p>\n<h4><b> Depois do dia da corrida<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0encorajando<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Uma breve an\u00e1lise onde os sucessos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s o dia da prova, quando a situa\u00e7\u00e3o se acalma, o treinador passa o dia junto com o atleta. O mais importante \u00e9 enfatizar os aspectos positivos do desempenho, mas tamb\u00e9m rever de forma realista os principais pontos de desenvolvimento.<\/p>\n<p><b> Feedback real<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0An\u00e1lise clara - por um treinador<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Se a an\u00e1lise n\u00e3o for clara - vamos continuar a discuss\u00e3o<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Vamos nos concentrar na an\u00e1lise<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>O feedback real ser\u00e1 dado 1 a 2 semanas ap\u00f3s a corrida, quando os desempenhos forem analisados a partir dos v\u00eddeos. Os grupos de apoio ao atleta tamb\u00e9m dever\u00e3o estar presentes.
