Com um treinador inexperiente ou inseguro, as an\u00e1lises podem levar ao descarrilamento do seu pr\u00f3prio pensamento t\u00e1tico e do treinador. \u00c9 mais importante focar e se preparar bem para a partida do que ficar olhando v\u00eddeos e retrocedendo coisas que n\u00e3o s\u00e3o necessariamente relevantes para a partida. Por outro lado, fazer an\u00e1lises pode ser praticado a seco, e faz\u00ea-las e comunicar os resultados se desenvolve rapidamente. Tudo que voc\u00ea precisa para praticar \u00e9 uma conex\u00e3o ativa com a Internet, papel e caneta.<\/p>\n<p>Neste artigo, descrevi o uso da an\u00e1lise de v\u00eddeo nas ligas de cadetes e juniores. Para os adultos a situa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 bem diferente, porque a l\u00f3gica do ranking G apresenta os 20 melhores atletas do mundo no m\u00e1ximo no segundo turno. No caso destes advers\u00e1rios, uma an\u00e1lise r\u00e1pida n\u00e3o produz resultados suficientes, mas uma an\u00e1lise mais aprofundada dos picos e particularidades da categoria de peso dever\u00e1 ocorrer a longo prazo j\u00e1 em casa, para que possa ser utilizada j\u00e1 nos treinos e seu planejamento.<\/p>\n<p>A situa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 certamente familiar a todos os treinadores que visitaram os G-Games. As listas chegam \u00e0 meia-noite e os advers\u00e1rios das rodadas iniciais s\u00e3o um bando de nomes desconhecidos. O despertar \u00e9 antes das sete e a situa\u00e7\u00e3o de sele\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 dif\u00edcil; devo dormir ou come\u00e7ar a ver os v\u00eddeos dos advers\u00e1rios na internet. O melhor e mais importante conselho deste artigo \u00e9 este: v\u00e1 dormir. Quando voc\u00ea est\u00e1 bem descansado, voc\u00ea consegue ajudar melhor os atletas.<\/p>\n<p>O hor\u00e1rio \u00e9 bom pela manh\u00e3. Tem pesagem, vestimenta do atleta e tudo mais que faz parte da manh\u00e3 da prova. Use os momentos ociosos a seu favor. Analise os oponentes a partir de dados de taekwondo, pesquisa no Google e depois v\u00eddeos do YouTube. Tente criar uma imagem do hist\u00f3rico de experi\u00eancia do oponente, as conclus\u00f5es servem de base para a an\u00e1lise.<\/p>\n<p>Primeiro julgue o oponente pela sua apar\u00eancia geral. Qual \u00e9 a t\u00e1tica b\u00e1sica, quais situa\u00e7\u00f5es voc\u00ea almeja e qual \u00e9 a \u00e1rea desconfort\u00e1vel. Use sua pr\u00f3pria estrutura t\u00e1tica, que voc\u00ea sabe formular de uma forma que seu oponente possa entender. A seguir, apresentarei meu modelo que se adapta ao meu entendimento da partida, que voc\u00ea pode usar como ponto de partida em seu pr\u00f3prio trabalho.<\/p>\n<p>Escolha o mais adequado ou no m\u00e1ximo dois dos clipes dispon\u00edveis. Tente encontrar o m\u00e1ximo de material novo poss\u00edvel. Se o oponente em um dos v\u00eddeos tiver uma resist\u00eancia que corresponda ao tipo do seu oponente, use-a. Elimine partidas em que o oponente esteja entre os 5-10 melhores do mundo. Nestes, o azar\u00e3o muitas vezes constr\u00f3i uma t\u00e1tica espec\u00edfica para a partida com a qual tenta vencer e a partida n\u00e3o descreve seu pr\u00f3prio estilo de jogo.<\/p>\n<p>Primeiro examino a antropometria e as caracter\u00edsticas f\u00edsicas do atleta. Vou come\u00e7ar daqui pensando nas dist\u00e2ncias e no ritmo b\u00e1sico da partida. Normalmente, a partida \u00e9 disputada em quatro dist\u00e2ncias b\u00e1sicas, que chamo de curta (aprox. 40 cm-clique), meia dist\u00e2ncia (aprox. 40 cm-metro), dist\u00e2ncia b\u00e1sica (aprox. metro entre as patas dianteiras) e longa dist\u00e2ncia ( dist\u00e2ncia b\u00e1sica + cerca de 30 cm). Dependendo das classes de peso, \u00e9 claro, cent\u00edmetros s\u00e3o somados ou subtra\u00eddos \u00e0s dist\u00e2ncias.<\/p>\n<p>Depois percorro a dist\u00e2ncia em que o advers\u00e1rio est\u00e1 bem, ou seja, marca pontos e defende melhor. E o mais importante, como o advers\u00e1rio chega \u00e0s dist\u00e2ncias que deseja. At\u00e9 agora, o movimento foi, portanto, analisado. Esta \u00e9 a fase mais importante e muitas vezes a mais frut\u00edfera, porque muitas vezes \u00e9 mais f\u00e1cil encontrar oportunidades no movimento.<\/p>\n<p>A seguir passarei pelas solu\u00e7\u00f5es situacionais, qual p\u00e9 usar, qual t\u00e9cnica e como concluir a situa\u00e7\u00e3o. Se o advers\u00e1rio \u00e9, por exemplo, sens\u00edvel a receber advert\u00eancias em alguma situa\u00e7\u00e3o, voc\u00ea tem que saber tirar vantagem disso.<\/p>\n<p>Um aspecto que surge de vez em quando, \u00e0s vezes n\u00e3o, \u00e9 o ritmo interno da partida. Alguns competidores s\u00e3o capazes de mudan\u00e7as de ritmo, outros n\u00e3o. Um in\u00edcio cauteloso ou agressivo \u00e9 importante para alguns, enquanto outros conseguem reverter situa\u00e7\u00f5es e partidas no \u00faltimo set.
