O treinamento p\u00f4de continuar com seguran\u00e7a com m\u00e1scaras e intervalos de seguran\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>Compreensivelmente, a m\u00e1scara no seu rosto te incomoda de vez em quando, e seria bom se divertir com ela, mas por um tempo ainda temos que continuar com o modelo atual.
