Em uma partida amadora, a seguran\u00e7a est\u00e1 em primeiro lugar e a prote\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 sempre levada durante o treino. O grupo \u00e9 indicado para maiores de 12 anos que tenham interesse na partida. Para os entusiastas mais jovens, recomendamos o grupo de competi\u00e7\u00e3o infantil de segunda-feira, onde pode visitar sem contrato de atleta. A partida amadora tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 um bom ponto de partida para quem pretende treinar em grupos competitivos.<\/p>\n<h3>S\u00e9rie de lojas de hobby<\/h3>\n<p>Nas s\u00e9ries de movimentos amadores de segunda-feira, s\u00e3o praticados os fundamentos das s\u00e9ries de movimentos e, claro, novas s\u00e9ries de movimentos s\u00e3o estudadas. Como o nome sugere, o treino envolve a pr\u00e1tica abrangente de compet\u00eancias f\u00edsicas, tendo em conta as exig\u00eancias dos per\u00edodos de sensibilidade das crian\u00e7as e jovens. Damos especial \u00eanfase \u00e0 acrobacia, mobilidade, controlo corporal, coordena\u00e7\u00e3o e treino de velocidade. O grupo \u00e9 sucessor do grupo de acrobacia anteriormente realizado, portanto todos os entusiastas interessados em acrobacia podem aderir. O foco principal dos exerc\u00edcios \u00e9 praticar for\u00e7a b\u00e1sica e resist\u00eancia de for\u00e7a com a ajuda de temas vari\u00e1veis. Os circuitos de fitness s\u00e3o adequados para iniciantes, bem como para homens e mulheres fortes e resistentes \u00e0 lavagem. O n\u00famero de repeti\u00e7\u00f5es e a intensidade podem ser personalizados para atender a todos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essencial<\/strong>-os exerc\u00edcios concentram-se no fortalecimento dos m\u00fasculos da parte superior do corpo. O objetivo \u00e9 construir um n\u00facleo forte que apoie outros treinos, apoie o controle e a mobilidade do corpo e evite problemas nas costas e nas articula\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Em exerc\u00edcios de cuidado corporal<\/strong> v\u00e1rios m\u00e9todos diferentes de alongamento s\u00e3o aplicados com o objetivo de obter um corpo mais m\u00f3vel e saud\u00e1vel. Os alongamentos n\u00e3o se limitam apenas aos alongamentos musculares est\u00e1ticos e passivos, mas tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o levadas em considera\u00e7\u00e3o as trajet\u00f3rias articulares e os alongamentos ativos. O exerc\u00edcio de alongamento foi especialmente desenvolvido para apoiar o treinamento de taekwondo, mas \u00e9 adequado para todos que est\u00e3o interessados em uma melhor movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e alongamento do corpo.<\/p>\n<h3>Exerc\u00edcio gr\u00e1tis<\/h3>\n<p>Os entusiastas com mais de 15 anos tamb\u00e9m podem treinar de forma independente na academia aos s\u00e1bados, das 13h00 \u00e0s 14h00. L\u00e1 h\u00e1 um instrutor, a quem voc\u00ea pode pedir dicas para o seu pr\u00f3prio treinamento, se necess\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<h3>Grupos de corrida<\/h3>\n<p>Os grupos de competi\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00eam uma taxa um pouco mais cara que os grupos b\u00e1sicos, mas esta taxa d\u00e1 direito a frequentar todos os exerc\u00edcios poss\u00edveis que podem ser encontrados no gin\u00e1sio. Al\u00e9m disso, os atletas t\u00eam o direito de utilizar a sala para seus pr\u00f3prios treinos. Atletas com objetivos diferentes treinam em grupos de competi\u00e7\u00e3o, mas todos t\u00eam em comum uma forte vontade de melhorar e de se esfor\u00e7ar por resultados.
