Egzersizler TU11 spor salonunda a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak sopa egzersizleri ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriliyor. Ek a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131klarla da teknikleri deneme imkan\u0131. Egzersizin amac\u0131 kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara ek a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k antrenman\u0131na ba\u015flama becerilerini kazand\u0131rmak ve antren\u00f6rlere tekniklerin g\u00fcvenli ve geli\u015fimsel olarak uygulanmas\u0131 konusunda anlay\u0131\u015f kazand\u0131rmakt\u0131r. Ek a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k antrenman\u0131n\u0131n gerektirdi\u011fi teknik, gen\u00e7 Aste ile zaten \u00e7ok iyi bir \u015fekilde uygulanabiliyor, ancak ger\u00e7ek ek a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k antrenman\u0131, yaln\u0131zca ergenlik d\u00f6neminden itibaren kademeli olarak ba\u015flat\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><i>11:30-12:30 \u00d6\u011fle yeme\u011fi molas\u0131. Antrenmanlarda ko\u015fma, s\u0131\u00e7rama, s\u0131\u00e7rama ve f\u0131rlatma egzersizleriyle h\u0131z kuvvetinin \u00f6zellikleri g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7iriliyor. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar, ara\u00e7 setlerinde \u00e7ok say\u0131da bireysel egzersizin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, oldu\u011fu gibi kullanmak veya egzersizin \u00f6\u011fretilerine g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in birka\u00e7 \u00f6rnek egzersiz de al\u0131rlar.
