Bunlara ek olarak temel s\u00f6zle\u015fme fiyat\u0131na, belirli bir alandaki becerilerinizi derinle\u015ftirebilece\u011finiz veya kondisyonunuzu yeni bir seviyeye \u00e7\u0131karabilece\u011finiz \u00e7e\u015fitli ek egzersizlerden olu\u015fan kapsaml\u0131 bir paket dahildir.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcm merakl\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131za temel egzersizlerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra haftada en az bir ek egzersiz daha \u00f6neriyoruz. Amat\u00f6r bir ma\u00e7ta g\u00fcvenlik her \u015feyden \u00f6nce gelir ve antrenman s\u0131ras\u0131nda daima koruma sa\u011flan\u0131r. Grup, 12 ya\u015f \u00fcst\u00fc, ma\u00e7a ilgi duyan herkese uygundur. Ya\u015f\u0131 daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck olan merakl\u0131lar i\u00e7in sporcu s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi olmadan ziyaret edebilece\u011finiz Pazartesi \u00e7ocuk yar\u0131\u015fma grubunu \u00f6neriyoruz. Amat\u00f6r ma\u00e7 ayn\u0131 zamanda rekabet\u00e7i gruplarda antrenman yapmay\u0131 hedefleyenler i\u00e7in de iyi bir ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 noktas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3>Hobi d\u00fckkan\u0131 serisi<\/h3>\n<p>Pazartesi g\u00fcnk\u00fc amat\u00f6r hareket serisinde hareket serilerinin temelleri \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor ve tabii ki yeni hareket serileri \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. E\u011fitimde ayr\u0131ca ad\u0131mlar\u0131n, el tekniklerinin, tekmelerin ve g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcretiminin s\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 temel e\u011fitimden daha derine iniyoruz. T\u00fcm merakl\u0131lar i\u00e7in \u00e7ok iyi bir egzersiz, \u00f6rne\u011fin kemer testinin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak. Ad\u0131ndan da anla\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 gibi e\u011fitim, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n ve gen\u00e7lerin hassasiyet d\u00f6nemlerinin gereksinimleri dikkate al\u0131narak, fiziksel becerilerin kapsaml\u0131 bir \u015fekilde uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7ermektedir. \u00d6zellikle akrobasi, hareketlilik, v\u00fccut kontrol\u00fc, koordinasyon ve h\u0131z antrenmanlar\u0131na a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k veriyoruz. Grup, daha \u00f6nce d\u00fczenlenen akrobasi grubunun devam\u0131 niteli\u011finde oldu\u011fundan akrobasi ile ilgilenen t\u00fcm merakl\u0131lar kat\u0131labilir. Hareketler ya v\u00fccudun kendi a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla ya da k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ek a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131klarla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilir. Egzersizlerdeki ana odak noktas\u0131, de\u011fi\u015fen temalar yard\u0131m\u0131yla temel kuvvet ve kuvvet dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131d\u0131r. Fitness devreleri yeni ba\u015flayanlar i\u00e7in oldu\u011fu kadar y\u0131kamaya dayan\u0131kl\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc erkek ve kad\u0131nlar i\u00e7in de uygundur. Tekrar say\u0131s\u0131 ve yo\u011funluk herkese uyacak \u015fekilde \u00f6zelle\u015ftirilebilir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7ekirdek<\/strong>-Egzersizler v\u00fccudun \u00fcst k\u0131sm\u0131ndaki kaslar\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmeye odaklan\u0131r. Ama\u00e7, di\u011fer antrenmanlar\u0131 destekleyen, v\u00fccut kontrol\u00fcn\u00fc ve hareketlili\u011fi destekleyen, s\u0131rt ve eklem problemlerini \u00f6nleyen g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir \u00e7ekirdek olu\u015fturmakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u00fccut bak\u0131m egzersizlerinde<\/strong> Genel olarak daha hareketli ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir v\u00fccut hedefiyle bir\u00e7ok farkl\u0131 esneme y\u00f6ntemi uygulan\u0131r. Uzatmalar sadece statik ve pasif kas esnemeleriyle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 de\u011fildir, ayn\u0131 zamanda eklem y\u00f6r\u00fcngeleri ve aktif esneme de dikkate al\u0131n\u0131r. Esneme egzersizi, tekvando e\u011fitimini desteklemek i\u00e7in \u00f6zel olarak tasarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ancak daha iyi hareket eden ve esneyen bir v\u00fccuda ilgi duyan herkes i\u00e7in uygundur.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00dccretsiz egzersiz<\/h3>\n<p>15 ya\u015f \u00fcst\u00fc merakl\u0131lar cumartesi g\u00fcnleri 13:00-14:00 saatleri aras\u0131nda spor salonunda ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak da antrenman yapabilecekler. Orada gerekirse kendi e\u011fitiminiz i\u00e7in ipucu isteyebilece\u011finiz bir e\u011fitmen var.<\/p>\n<h3>Yar\u0131\u015f gruplar\u0131<\/h3>\n<p>Yar\u0131\u015fma gruplar\u0131n\u0131n temel gruplara g\u00f6re biraz daha pahal\u0131 \u00fccretleri vard\u0131r, ancak bu \u00fccret size spor salonunda bulunabilecek t\u00fcm olas\u0131 egzersizlere kat\u0131lma hakk\u0131 verir. Ayr\u0131ca sporcular salonu kendi antrenmanlar\u0131 i\u00e7in kullanma hakk\u0131na sahiptir. Farkl\u0131 hedeflere sahip sporcular m\u00fcsabaka gruplar\u0131nda antrenman yapar ancak hepsinin ortak noktas\u0131, geli\u015fmek ve sonu\u00e7 almak i\u00e7in \u00e7aba g\u00f6stermek konusunda g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir istektir. Belki siz de Taekwondo sporcular\u0131n\u0131n yar\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 tak\u0131mlarda sporcu olursunuz.
