Seminaarissa k\u00e4yd\u00e4\u00e4n l\u00e4pi lis\u00e4painoharjoittelun perusteita, ilman lis\u00e4painoja teht\u00e4vi\u00e4 nopeusvoimaharjoitteita, sek\u00e4 lajinomaisia nopeus- ja voimaharjoitteita.<\/p>\n<p>Seminaari koostuu kolmesta harjoituksesta, jotka toteutetaan taekwondosalilla sek\u00e4 l\u00e4heisell\u00e4 urheilukent\u00e4ll\u00e4. Luvassa teoriaa, tekemist\u00e4 ja rautaisia k\u00e4yt\u00e4nn\u00f6n vinkkej\u00e4. Harjoitus toteutetaan TU11:n salilla p\u00e4\u00e4asiassa keppiharjoittein. Mahdollisuus kokeilla tekniikoita my\u00f6s lis\u00e4painojen kanssa. Harjoituksen tarkoituksena on antaa osallistujille lis\u00e4painoharjoittelun aloitusvalmiudet, sek\u00e4 valmentajille ymm\u00e4rrys tekniikoiden turvallisesta ja kehitt\u00e4v\u00e4st\u00e4 suorittamisesta. Lis\u00e4painoharjoittelun vaatimaa tekniikkaa voidaan harjoitella jo hyvin nuorten asten kanssa, mutta varsinainen lis\u00e4painoharjoittelu aloitetaan asteittain vasta murrosi\u00e4st\u00e4 alkaen.<\/p>\n<p><i>11:30-12:30\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Lounastauko. Harjoituksessa k\u00e4yd\u00e4\u00e4n l\u00e4pi nopeusvoiman osa-alueita juoksu-, loikka-, hyppy- ja heittoharjoittein. Osallistujat saavat ty\u00f6kalupakkiinsa runsaasti yksitt\u00e4isi\u00e4 harjoitteita, sek\u00e4 muutaman esimerkkiharjoituksen sellaisenaan k\u00e4ytett\u00e4v\u00e4ksi, tai harjoituksen oppien mukaan muokattavaksi.
