Taekwondourheilijoiden salikisat<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Tervetuloa mukaan\u00a0kauden p\u00e4\u00e4tt\u00e4viin salikisoihin Konalaan! Osallistuminen on kaikille ilmaista, eik\u00e4\u00a0erikseen tarvitse ilmoittautua. My\u00f6s muiden seurojen edustajat ovat l\u00e4mpim\u00e4sti tervetulleita mukaan!<\/p>\n<p>17:00-19:00 \u2013 E, D, ja C2 (7-12 vuotiaat ja 12-14-vuotiaat aloittelijat)<\/p>\n<p>19:00-21:00 \u2013 C1, B1, B2, R1 ja H (12-14-vuotiaat kadetit, +15-vuotiaat)<\/p>\n<p>Jos et ole varma, kumpaan ryhm\u00e4\u00e4n sinun kannattaisi tulla, kysy valmentajaltasi tai ota yhteytt\u00e4 s\u00e4hk\u00f6postitse. Erityisesti isokokoisempien C2-junnujen ja kadettisarjoihin siirtoa suunnittelevien kannattaa kysell\u00e4, josko sopivampia vastuksia l\u00f6ytyisi my\u00f6hemm\u00e4lt\u00e4 vuorolta. Kannustamme kaikkia uusia harrastajia mukaan kisoihin, vaikkei viel\u00e4 olisi edes tietoa mit\u00e4 otteleminen tarkoittaa. Ensimm\u00e4isell\u00e4 kerralla voi katsella tunnelmia tai vaikka itsekin otella, jos silt\u00e4 tuntuu.<\/p>\n<p>Klo 19:00 alkavalla vuorolla k\u00e4yt\u00f6ss\u00e4 E-panssarit. Omat E-sukat ovat siis eritt\u00e4in suositeltavia, jos haluat otella s\u00e4hk\u00f6panssareilla. Muutamia hajakokoja lainasukkiakin l\u00f6ytyy.<\/p>\n<p>Seuralta voi lainailla puuttuvia suojia, mutta kannustamme\u00a0kaikkia ostamaan omat harjoitussuojat, joita tarvitaan s\u00e4\u00e4nn\u00f6llisesti my\u00f6s harjoituksissa.
