The annual meeting of our society was held on 19 May 2022 at 18:00 in our own hall.

The meeting dealt with matters according to the rules. Pauli Raivio was elected to the board as a new member.

Minutes of the meeting

1. Opening the meeting
   • CEO Sampo Pajulampi opened the meeting at 18:07
2. Organization of the meeting
   • Teemu Heino was elected chairman of the meeting
   • Pauli Raivio was elected secretary
3. Establishing legality and quorum
   • The meeting was found to be legal and quorum
4. Approval of the agenda
   • The agenda of the meeting was approved
5. Presentation of the financial statements and annual report, as well as confirmation of the financial statements and discharge of liability to the board

• A release from liability is presented
  • The financial statements and annual report were presented
  • It was proposed that the board be discharged from liability
  • The motion was accepted

6. Confirmation of the action plan and budget for the following year

• The presented action plan and budget are presented for confirmation

7. Deciding on the remuneration of the chairman of the board, board members and operational inspectors

• No remuneration has been paid to the Board of Directors and operational inspectors. It is proposed that the fee will continue to be 0 euros.
  • It was confirmed that the fees will continue to be 0 euros

8. Election of the chairman of the board

• The current chairman has announced his willingness to continue. Teemu Heino is nominated as Chairman of the Board.
  • Teemu Heino was elected chairman

9. Election of board members and deputy members

• The members of the current board have announced their willingness to continue. Sampo Pajulampea, Petteri Kauppi and Juho Kostiai are nominated as board members
• Sampo Pajulampi proposed to supplement the board with a new member, Pauli Raivio
  • The persons presented as members of the board were elected
  • The joining of Pauli Raivio as a member of the board was unanimously approved

10. Selection of the operational inspector

• Presented as operations inspector from Pia Kaupp
  • Pia Kauppinen was elected

Taekwondo athletes will go to Skellefteå in Sweden for a summer camp in July. The camp is suitable for athletes who are at the international level or are aiming for it.
The director is e.g. Mahama Cho, familiar from our own gym years ago!

15.5. history was made in Espoo when the first official crushing competitions were held at the premises of the Espoo Taekwondo Academy. The taekwondo athletes were of course involved!

Swedish Open G2 takes place from 30 April to 1 May. In Solna. Chahrazed Boughrara (F-67) and Bardia Mirzaei (M-80) will compete among the adults of our club on Saturday. On Sunday, Juuli Mankonen in juniors and Ken Anttila and Milay Endah in cadets.

Taekwondo athletes' summer consists not only of training but also of change. The latter is reflected in the former in the way that we have had to condense the schedule to the maximum, the gym is moving-related hustle and bustle throughout the early summer and the summer break is 3 weeks instead of 2. And of course we get to work out in new wonderful facilities after the summer break.

Summer practice times are valid from June 6 to August 14, 2022

Summer break 11.-31.7.

The summer break is exceptionally three weeks long. During the break, the last phase of the move will be carried out.

Moving workshops 9.-10.7. and 30.-31.7.

You can participate in the move by coming to the joint workshops. We offer something nice to do in the summer weather, as well as, of course, a bite to eat from the grill and refreshments from the refrigerators. We always start at 10:00 and continue until the evening, each according to their own schedules and stamina.

There is still room for summer camps

This week's jory training is particularly interesting when Petteri holds a jumping back spin kick clinic. Welcome to challenge yourself and improve on Thursday 21.4. at 19:30. The requirement is a training contract for TU11 or in a cooperation club (Kampsport-fighters, Espoo Academy, Doboksport) and a red or black belt.
