Exercises are also available in the days between Christmas and after the New Year
The fall season for taekwondo athletes ends on Friday 21.12. after the practise. Take it easy during the Christmas holidays, but the most enthusiastic can still train before the New Year and also before spring training starts on Monday 7.1.
Midday training camp
The traditional half-day training camp is organized on Saturday 29.12. from 12:00.
Schedule:
12:00-13:30 – Exercise 1
13:30-14:30 – Lunch break (bring your own snacks)
14:30-16:00 – Exercise 2
Theme and target group:
As usual, the theme of the camp is acrobatics, skill kicks and jump kicks. The level of the exercises is suitable for everyone, from basic hobbyists to athletes. For the more advanced, there are enough additional challenges from the back pocket. Representatives of other clubs are also warmly welcome to join. You do not need to register for the camp in advance.
Price:
The camp is free for all those training with a continuous contract. For others, the camp costs €20, which is paid on the spot in cash.
Exercises open to everyone

Fri 4.1. from 18:00 to 19:30
Any of the enthusiasts can join the exercises, which are open to everyone. The techniques are kept easy, but the pace is fast enough to melt the Christmas candies for sure.
Bella, Sofia and Vickan won gold in the group series, Aino bronze in the individual series
The competition careers of under-12-year-old business series competitors in the children's series could not end much sweeter when Bella, Vickan and Sofia went to grab gold in the children's EC competitions. The day was crowned by Aino's bronze from the more than 30-person girls' singles series. Bella and Sofia also worked their way to the finals in that series. Hardly anyone has missed the hard and determined work of the girls in the gym, and this is how the results of that work are reaped.
Absolutely amazing performance from the whole team! The biggest congratulations to the girls and a big bow to the coaches for the great work with the athletes. From here it is easy to continue to the cadet series.
All practices are on break on Thursday 6.12.

Match pairs are formed according to weight and experience based on registrations, but additional matches can be arranged on the day of the competition. Please register well in advance and notify any cancellations as soon as they are known.
On the movement sets side, everyone gets to perform the movement sets of their choice, after which the movement set coaches give feedback on the performances.
The best contestants and business series competitors will be rewarded!
The price of indoor competitions is €10, which is paid on the spot in cash. The event is suitable for both beginners and more experienced competitors. Welcome from near and far!

- 4-6 year olds on Wednesday 12.12.
- 18:00-19:00 Tigers, dragons and ribbons
- Those who do not have a belt exam have practice at 17:00-18:00
- 7-15 year olds on Friday 14.12.
- 17:00-18:00 – 7-15 year old yellow belt winners
- 18:00-19:00 – 7-15-year-old green ribbon finishers
- 19:00-20:30 – 7-15 year old blue ribbon and blue belt winners
- Those who complete red ribbons and upper belts will take the test on Thursday 13.12. with adults performing higher belts.
- Those who do not have an exam have practice according to the normal schedule.
- Adults on Tuesday 11.12. and on Thursday 13.12.
- Tuesday 18:00-19:00 Two blue ribbons and lower belt values
- Thursday 18:30-21:00 belt test for upper belts (blue belt and upper belts).
- Those who do not have an exam have practice according to the normal schedule.
- Getting to the belt exam requires, depending on the belt rank, a sufficient number of exercises and training months from the previous belt exam. Instructors check the training times in the login system. Sent to all participants in the belt test invitation by email. The list can also be seen at the instructor's desk in the hall about a week before the exam. Please also make sure that you know the things asked in the belt test by checking the belt test instructions on the gym wall or asking your trainer for more information.
- Note! The belt test is sent invoice before the exam. By paying the bill, you register for the belt test. If you want to pay for the exam in cash on the spot, let us know in advance. The prices of belt tests can be found from the price list.
- It is required of all participants in the exam Sports license of the Finnish Taekwondo Association, which can be ordered from the association's website.
- Note The license should only be ordered in December, when the 2019 licenses have gone on sale.
