Master Muni's visit started yesterday and continues today.
A rather modest-sized group of enthusiasts was seen at the exercises. They were able to enjoy the training, where the basics were polished to the last detail.
”Kivat treenit!”, totes Kasper Wargelin, treenien nuorin osanottaja.
Korean Master Lee, who lives in Barcelona, also took part in the training.

In practice, this means that the contract does not need to be renewed as long as you continue training. If you want to end the brush match, you can do so by informing the instructors at the gym or by sending an email to info@taekwondourhelijat.fi, after which we will not send you the next invoice. The pricing is the same as in the previous 6-month contract. 10 times on the card and there will be no changes in the contracts of the match and business series groups.

Master Mun is visiting our gym!
Somewhat unexpectedly, we got the opportunity to bring the future head teacher of taekwondo festivals and a long-time taekwondo influencer, Master Mun Dong Kun, to the Hall of Taekwondo Athletes.
Master Mun will teach at our gym on Wednesday and Thursday of next week. We will modify the schedules of these days a little so that we can get to the master's teachings with the whole group.
Master Mun represents the generation that has spread taekwondo to the world, and this can also be seen in the master's own work. He has taken care not only of the quality of his teaching, but also of his own condition. The technology is still at the top level despite its age.
The master's exercises cost €5 per person/exercise. At this price, you rarely get to train in this level of teaching. The master's exercises are intended for our club's own enthusiasts.
Nothing but everyone eager to train and have fun. In Tieto, Takuu has an unforgettable training experience for participants. See you in training!

At the Master Games in Italy, our club is represented by one of the big names in Finnish taekwondo, Kirsimarja Kuutschin. Her achievements include European Championship 2nd, 2 x European Championship 3rd, Students' World Championship 3rd and the victory of the Olympic qualifying tournament in 1999. Her career was crowned by the Olympic representation in 2000, when she finished best among the women of the entire Finnish Olympic team, being 5th in her series.
The Master Games is a huge sporting event with more athletes than the London Olympics. There are 30 competition sports.
Right now is a great time to start practicing taekwondo. Finland's top association, Taekwondourheilijat 2011 ry organizes two open days, where anyone can get to know the sport by watching, trying and asking questions. The club's instructors are there to talk about the sport, the club and training, so the answers to mind-boggling questions can be found in Helsinki's Konala, Ruosilankuja 3 C in a row on Saturday 31 August 2013 and 7 September 2013. The doors open at 10:00 and are open until four, longer if there are enough people interested. In the future, e.g. introductory training opportunities, competitions, raffle for training months, etc. And serving coffee and juice - of course!
There is no bad age to start taekwondo, the sport is suitable for everyone. Small children learn general physical skills, and with seniors we go at a calm, but still developing pace. For the young and enthusiastic, our club offers fast-paced training and learning to compete under the leadership of our country's most successful taekwondo athletes. In our club, there are many families, where both children of different ages and parents enthusiastically pursue their own goals. So don't worry, start taekwondo now!
Taekwondo athletes organize a series of indoor competitions
The most enthusiastic ones have already asked, because the next indoor competition will be organized. Taekwondo athletes will organize a series of indoor competitions during the fall of 2013 at their gym in Konala. The next indoor competitions will be held on August 27. and these competitions open the autumn indoor competition season. The indoor competitions are still held on Tuesdays, and the competitions start as usual at 17:00 with the children's and young people's mittelös and continue with the adults' tohino from 19:00 onwards.
Everyone is more than welcome to challenge and accept challenges. In the spring, it was really nice to see enthusiasts of other sports also trying out their skills in a taekwondo match.
¨For TU11 enthusiasts, the gym competition is included in the normal training fees, others are charged a participation fee of ten euros.
Dates of indoor competitions
27.8.2013

Terho made the most of the indoor competitions for taekwondo athletes.
Invictus starts from the beginning of September. It is a group aimed at talented young people, where they train for competitions. There is a separate additional fee for Invictus training and you can only join the group through entrance exams.
For 7-15-year-olds who have achieved green belt, special exercises are organized on Friday, where movement sequences and other more advanced techniques are reviewed.
On Sunday, there will be a free shift in the program, when enthusiasts who have paid the season fee can practice their own stuff. There is a black-faced instructor or assistant instructor who you can ask for tips and who will take care of order.
