How do you get to the belt exams?

You can get to the belt exams by collecting enough practice marks from the previous belt exam. We calculate training visits based on recorded workouts, so Please remember to record your exercise with a track tag every time you go to the gym.

The prerequisite for entering the exam is also that you know the things required in the exam, the movement sequences, and follow the rules of behavior in the gym at a sufficient level.

You do not need to register for the exam in advance. However, please let us know if you are not going to participate in the exam after receiving the invitation by email. Also let us know if you didn't receive an invitation, but you think you should have a belt test

What is required in the belt test?

In the belt exam, you need to know the technical requirements of the exam and the sets of movements. The requirements of the previous exams also still have to be mastered.

Practice instructions for belt tests

How should you prepare for the exams?

The best preparation for the exam is to attend training actively and versatile. For example, enthusiasts who emphasize match training should also attend basic training from time to time, and correspondingly, those training in basic hobby groups should deepen their skills in the form of match training and movement sets.

Movement sets should be practiced especially well, because they gather almost all the techniques required in the exam and embody the ability of the enthusiast to rhythm the techniques and generate strength in them. After learning a new movement sequence, repeat it as much as possible.

In the weeks before the exam, movement sets are also repeated more than usual in training.

What does the exam cost and how is it billed?

You can find our belt test price list:

TU11 at Nurtzi Open

TU11 athletes fought today in the last league competition of the season, the Nurtzi Open. The races were well covered, both on the side of the match and the movement series!

9 of the TU11 matches made it to the fire mat today and there was enough excitement in the matches. Today, Fatima was the strongest among the kouts, who made several athletes believe in themselves and take the main pot.

Bardia was needed again all the way to Turku, he is a creative man.

Dilruba and Fatama were able to compete from the hobbyists. The girls had a great, exciting match, where both had the right attitude until the end. This time gold for Dilruba and silver for Fatama. Great match from the mimmies! Milay was not able to play in the league as she recovered, but she helped these girls by telling about her experiences.

In the afternoon, we worked in the league series with the strength of several athletes and in a good mood.

After great matches, Markus took the bronze in the C1 -49kg series and after this performance, even more gold in his own age group. Good duun from Maltsun Zlatan, as usual.

Teemu had to start his game rather quickly, but with a good attitude as always. Teemu's day was interrupted today for the first match, but it won't hurt for long, because these jobs will be useful in the future!

Emilia took the gold in the C1 -51kg final of her own series with great moves and laughed at Koutsi during the journey home. Great performance all round!

Vanessa also went through the day in her own calm style and took care of the gold around her neck in the C1 -59kg series. Luca pressed on with the work first on the business series field and managed to switch sports in the middle of the day. This time the opponent won after a good fight. After the match, Luca continued with his routine on the business side of the field.

Vivian fought wonderfully against the tough Estonian. Today, the match did not turn into a victory yet, but many people believe that in the future this firecracker will be heard and talked about along the way. Vivian's scything always brings a happy spice to every race day, including today!

Noel's match started off great with a win in the first set. The winning streak continued in the second set as well, but the match surprisingly turned into a loss when the opponents were counted out after Noel's sharp header in the second set.

Since it is a D1 (children's) series, according to the rule book, the hit to the helmet must not be too hard and knocking out is not allowed. So for Noel this time, a dishing at the end of a great match. The opponent is doing well and the whole department is satisfied with Noel's performances today

A big thank you and bow to the whole ensemble! Especially for guardians about all the riding and competition rides. Thanks also to the competitors of our cooperation club Kampsport Fighters for a nice day and for sharing the racing fans

At the end, a bow to the judges who worked all day and especially to the competition organizer Taekwondo Nurmijärvi. The arrangements were solid, once again!
