Change in the training times of the adult elementary group of taekwondo athletes

The Monday practices of the adult (over 16-year-old) elementary group were moved to Tuesdays at 18:30 - 19:30. In this way, even the beginner group enthusiasts can, if they wish, stay directly from their own exercises to the core or supporting muscle exercise that starts after Tuesday's exercise.

In the beginner group of adults, as in other training groups of Taekwondo athletes, there is still plenty of room for new enthusiasts. Welcome everyone to bravely try the great and versatile sport called taekwondo!
