Taekwondo athletes do sports cleanly

Anti-Doping Commission
ADT does valuable work for clean sport

On Thursday, October 6, 2011, testers from the Finnish Anti-Doping Agency (ADT) found the gym of Taekwondo athletes for the first time. Sal's instructors and Olympic Committee support athletes Juho Kostiainen and Teemu Heino were able to be tested.

The boys are tested numerous times a year, and neither of them has anything bad to say about the testing. "Doping has not become a problem in taekwondo. It is still important that we are tested, because this is how we prove that we are going clean", says Juho.

ADT's testers were also positively surprised by the facilities of the new hall. "There are great facilities here. Even the tester is comfortable waiting for the test to be completed while sitting on the couch reading a magazine," says one of ADT's testers.
