Eddie Quinones 5th in the cadet European Championships in Budapest.

Eddie Quinones finished fifth in 8.10. in the cadet European championships held in Budapest.

In the first round, Bosnia-Herzegovina's Eldar Abdulovic fell 20-0 before full time. In the second round, Eddie defeated the Russian Stanislav Babeshko 19-7. However, in the semifinals, France's Elias Ibisi was better 13-25. The match was still in Eddie's possession after the second set, but then a couple of mistakes gave the lead to the Frenchman. The risk-taking of the end didn't pay off this time, but still a good match from Eddie.

Overall, the level of the games was tough.
