THE SPRING SEASON STARTS WITH RESTRICTIONS

The spring season for taekwondo athletes begins with restrictions. AVI has continued to close sports facilities on January 24. until. This means that only children and young people born in 2003 and younger can practice as normal. Adult enthusiasts can either book a self-directed private practice at https://taekwondohelsinki.fi/taekwondo/varaa-yksityisharjoitus/ or inquire about private lessons by sending an email to info@tu11.fi.main.hoste.fi.

Self-directed private exercises can be booked 3 per week. Private training is included in the training contract. In its guidelines, the Finnish government recommends that people take no more than five people from outside the family to private events held indoors. All participants must have a valid training contract.

Private lessons cost €30/h/person, €40/h/2 people, €45/h/3 people or €50/h/4 people, including room and instructor.
