We go to the races with a shared ride, and TU11's coaches are there to help you.
The athlete pays the race fee to the club, which forwards it to the organizer. The competition fee is either €30 or €40, depending on the series. In addition, the club charges €20 for rides and coaching.
At the 1st poom camp for taekwondo athletes, Taegeuk 1-4 will be reviewed. At the camp, we learn the movements and how to perform them correctly. In addition, we practice the correct execution rhythm of the movement sequences. The camp is suitable for everyone, but is especially aimed at beginners.
The camp consists of three one-hour exercises with short refueling breaks between them.
The camp fee of €10 is paid in cash on site.
Practices start at 12:00 and end at 16:00.
