Tuesday 14.5. the club's indoor competitions are organized on Tuesdays during normal training shifts so that 7-10-year-olds and 11-15-year-olds compete at 17:00-19:00. The biggest team in the history of taekwondo athletes is together when we head to Nurmijärvi to compete in the Finnish Taekwondo Association's match league competition on April 13, 2013 at Maaniitun Koulu, at Heikkiläntie 27, 01900 Nurmijärvi.

Kim Sinisalo and the instructors of TU11 got the enthusiasts goingThe first workout was directed by Sampo Pajulampi and focused on movement and combining different techniques with it. In addition, hand-to-hand saves played a big role. Both kids and adults got themselves moving briskly in their own sessions.
In the second part, Kim Sinisalo directed a practice focused more on match situations. The new innovative exercises provoked thoughts and gave everyone a challenge.
The longest trip to the camp was made this time by Paimio's group of 5, led by their coach Mikko Yrjövuori. In addition, coaches from our own club were seen from Malmi, Riihimäki, Kerava, Vantaa, Espoo and Helsinki.
