Full days of training for black belts and black belt aspiring taekwondo enthusiasts over the age of 14 with at least a blue belt.

In the technical seminar, the technical areas of Taekwondo are reviewed in a variety of ways

• Basic techniques
• The six basic components of hand techniques and the hand techniques in movement sequences)
• Kick technique
• Business series
• Movement sets of 1-8 color creams
• Pick it up

In the fighting seminar, the fighting aspects of Taekwondo are reviewed in a variety of ways:

• Step matches
• Self defense
• A competitive match

The teachers

The main teacher responsible for the technical seminar is Petteri Kauppinen, who has a versatile background in Taekwondo, 5th dan, Finnish champion of match and movement series and a long career as a teacher. Petter's interest has always been coaching and teaching.

Teemu Heino, 6 dan, one of Finland's most successful taekwondo competitors, is a four-time EC medalist in the fight seminar. In addition to his sports career, Teemu has worked e.g. as a security guard, porter and designed and supervised various self-defense trainings.
