One of the addictive features of taekwondo is based on the fact that starting and the first skills are really easy to master, but it takes a lot of work to reach the top level. For some, fitness and versatile exercise offer suitable challenges, while the goal of others is long-term development as an athlete.

Starting training is very simple. All you have to do is show up to your first practice in sports clothes with a water bottle. You can get a registration form and more information from the hall. The first two weeks you can get to know each other in peace before you commit to anything.
