Taekwondo is a combat sport that offers challenges and experiences to everyone. Starting the sport in Taekwondo athletes is easy, you come to your first training sessions and soon you will notice that the techniques will take you away. One of the addictive features of taekwondo is based on the fact that starting and the first skills are really easy to master, but it takes a lot of work to reach the top level. For some, fitness and versatile exercise offer suitable challenges, while the goal of others is long-term development as an athlete.
Starting training is very simple. All you have to do is show up to your first practice in sports clothes with a water bottle. You can get a registration form and more information from the hall. The first two weeks you can get to know each other in peace before you commit to anything.
