Technology seminar 26.11.2022

A day full of technique and physics for black belts and aspiring black belts, over 14 years old, and at least blue belt taekwondo enthusiasts.

In the seminar, the technical areas of Taekwondo will be reviewed in a variety of ways

• Basic techniques
• The six basic components of hand techniques and the hand techniques in movement sequences)
• Kick technique
• Business series
• Movement sets of 1-8 color creams
• Pick it up

The teachers

The teacher in charge of the seminar is Petteri Kauppinen, who has a versatile background in Taekwondo, 5 dan, Finnish champion of match and movement series and a long career as a teacher. Petter's interest has always been coaching and teaching.

11:00 – 12:30 Kicking technique
Lunch break, own snacks.
During the meal, talk about persutechniques.
13:00 – 15:00 Business series
15:00 – 15:30 Stretching / Q&A session
