Are you interested in a private lesson?

Practicing in a group is a very effective way to learn taekwondo and training in the company of others is more comfortable than alone. Sometimes it still happens that you don't always have time to get an answer to all the things that make you doubt yourself, or you've missed some exercises and the belt exams are fast approaching. More grown-up people, on the other hand, may have accumulated all kinds of aches and pains in their bodies, which do not seem to be helped by group training. For these situations, Taekwondo athletes offers private lessons!

Private lessons are always tailored according to the client's needs, and the content can therefore be exactly what you want. Basic technique, match technique, mobility, strength training or creating a training plan are just examples of what the lesson can contain, you decide. Naturally, all the equipment in Konala's gym is in use during the private lesson, and you can also bring a friend or two to the private lesson and do a small group exercise. Lessons can be asked from all instructors by email at info@taekwondourheiljat.fi or asked in the gym during the exercises.

With the help of private teaching, considerable progress can be achieved in a quick time, so if you want to reach your goals even faster, here is a way to help!

Taekwondo athletes on TV

Tapiola_Telkku_1
Taekwondo athletes are advertised in Tapiola

TV advertisement for taekwondo athletes in Tapiola

Another goal has been achieved, the ad for Taekwondo athletes is now running on TV! Admittedly, we still had to compromise a little on that media, so you won't see the ad on commercial channels yet, but that day will come. As you can see from the picture, the ad runs in Tapiola and even more precisely in Tapiontor. For photo loss thank you very much for the loan of the window space!

Our enthusiasts who visit Tapiontor could have a look and tell us their opinion about the ad in the gym, Taekwondo athletes appreciate feedback :)

Do you want to join in promoting the club?

Do you want to join in promoting the club and thus help grow our club bigger and better?

It's easy to do! Assemble a patrol of one adult and 2-5 children. Go to the information desk and fill in the form there with the time and place of your choice from the available options. Each shift is one hour long. During this time, you will receive 150 flyers for your group to distribute.

You can also take posters to hand out. When you have distributed the posters, mark the date of distribution and the place where you have taken the poster in the list.

The advertisement distribution dates are 16.8., 17.8. and 23 August 2014. You can distribute posters whenever you want until the end of the month.

The locations are Kaari Shopping Centre, Pitäjänänmäki Station, Malminkartano Station and the center of Tapiola.

A couple of instructions that are good to remember when distributing ads:

1. If a person is busy, don't disturb them

2. Everyone can be a potential hobbyist

3. Feel free to tell about your own experiences, both good and bad

4. If you don't know something, ask to be contacted by phone or email or ask to visit on weekdays between 5:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.

Taekwondo athletes thank you!
