A sure sign of summer is that the dreaded ”hill” will appear on the Taekwondo athletes' training calendar. As the name suggests, the hill training involves repeatedly running up the infill hill of Malminkartano using either stairs or paths. The training weights will change as the summer progresses and fitness levels increase.
