The Berlin Open provided TU with noise, emotions and results

TU's competition team won 3 medals from the match and 5 from the movement series

Eddie worked hard for gold in the junior boys' - 73kg category. The atmosphere of relaxed and excellent work was visible all the way to the stands. In the opinion of the final opponent, the performance was so convincing that the match was won by forfeit.

Sedge finished silver in the cadet girls' +59kg series after great matches. The final was fierce and Sara fought well until the end, looking for good points. Sara also won gold in poomsae synchro and bronze in individual. So a lot of medals for Sara!

Alina won her first two matches in the junior girls -59kg series. Alina also played hard in the semi-final against a tough opponent, who eventually won the whole series. So, a bronze for Alina at the end of a wonderful day.

A boat was in a strong mood already in the warm-up area and won his first match with a strong performance in the cadet boys -37kg series. Venne injured his leg in the first match. We had to start the second match feeling a little sore. Venne fought until the end of the match with a cool head, but this time the opponent continued.

Janika started the first round of her match with a good drive and won some situations in the cadet girls' -47kg series. However, when the protection was weakened, the match ended in a knockout with the main hit of the opposition. So for Janika, in addition to the valuable competition experience, "eyeshadows" in the corner of her eye.

Last year's series winner Jenny missed the first round this time, but the lack of attitude and effort can't be blamed at all. Jenny fought until the end and considered the competition an important experience for future competitions.

Aino works hard during the day both in the match and on the poomsek field. On the match flight, a long-haired Ukrainian stood against him, who managed to hit Ainoa hard in the nose, so the match had to be stopped. Despite the knock-out, Aino was still able to do a group performance with a bang. In Poomsse, the result was gold in the individual series and the team series!

Plum also competed in the match and business series. There was no luck in the match flight this time, even though victory in the opening match was not far off. Nevertheless, gold from Poomsae, driven by strong performances!

Severus fought a very even match in the men's 74 kg category, which was only decided in the golden point round in favor of the opponent. Sever's tactics worked well from start to finish and several times the foot was inches away from the opponent's helmet and once it sank nicely. Unfortunately, a few own warnings and the opponent's success in the extra set tilted the match in favor of the German.

Ines missed the first round this time. but the experience bank was credited comfortably. The opponent was fast and skilled, but Iines stayed well involved in the situations.

Sophia was the only TU member on the match mats on Sunday and had to move up a weight class to get opponents. Sofia made some great hits in her match and fought with attitude until the end. On Saturday, Sofia worked hard with Sara and Aino for gold in the cadet girls' group movement series and bronze in the individual.

In the stands, there was cheering during the competitions, and TU of course won, even though the group's standard screamers were in other countries.

After the educational competition, the team headed towards the illusion museum, after which there are no sightings.

Big congratulations to the medalists!
