VK1: autumn bulletin
The Finnish Taekwondo Association's Coaching Center 1 moved from the hall of the Helsinki Taekwondo Club to the hall of Taekwondourheilijat 2011. The coaching of both the match and the movement series will be renewed. The coaching center's monitoring system has been renewed, match practice arrangements have been developed, and a new responsible coach has been named for the movement series.
Match
Regarding match operations, the biggest reform is the coordination of training times for C, D, and E juniors and own pricing. A and B juniors will continue to train with the top group as before. The larger hall allows the training content of the younger ones to be differentiated during the Thursday and Friday training sessions. Since there are only two exercises, the price is also cheaper.
Business series
Petteri Kauppinen, who is a multiple Finnish champion of the sport and a national team representative, has been appointed as the responsible coach of the training center for movement series. The coaching program of the training center's range of motion exercises is built around four sub-areas. Sub-areas include stances, hand techniques, kicking techniques and sets of movements. All enthusiasts who are enthusiastic about the movement series competition are welcome to the movement series exercises.
