Aino and Sofia in business series competitions in Kuopio

On October 24, 2015, Aino Kortelainen and Sofia Sarala took part in business series competitions. In the individual series, Aino got bronze and Sofa finished fourth. In the doubles series, the girls came fifth, missing fourth place by exactly one tenth.

Aino and Sofia were clearly the youngest participants of the games, but they were clearly awake in the stands: according to the girls' analysis, there were almost as many different poom styles and performances as there were participants. In the same event, there were also the itf matches and the crushers, which were fun and interesting to watch.

On Sunday, boom sailing continued at the camp organized by the Kuopio taekwondo club. At the camp, the girls got to know different mental exercises, in which their own inner view of different pooms was examined, e.g. by trying to embody the name of each pooms in the performance, i.e. 1. pooms making the sky, twisting the wind from a whip, etc... In addition, pooms were tested from different perspectives by doing movements, e.g. in reverse order, standing on their knees and sitting on the floor. The biggest laughs were heard in the anti-poomse exercises, where the opponents who performed the countermovement series were fully prepared to be punched by the boomers. The atmosphere at the camp was warm, and the joy of making pooms was transmitted to the heart of the guardian sitting in the audience.
